What should I bring to my eye exam?
There are a few things that you should bring with you to your eye exam
-your valid OHIP card
-a list of current medications and allergies
-your most recent glasses, even if you don't use them or like them
-your contact lenses, if you wear contacts. (If this is your first visit please bring the boxes or a pair of unopened contacts so that the doctor knows which lenses you have been wearing.
