Order Contact Lenses
Contact lenses generally take 7-10 days to arrive. When they are in, we will reach out to you and you can pick them up anytime during business hours. If you have any questions about your lenses, or your orders, please contact Laura by email or by calling 613-384-6022, extension 3.

Firstly, don’t panic. Take a few deep breaths, walk away, and try to relax for a few minutes before you try again. Try watching the instructional video here (1:16 is where the removal starts).
If you cannot get the lens out, feel free to call us or stop by during our office hours and one of our staff or optometric assistants will help you get the lens out.
